Position : Sales Merchandiser - Kwara,Lagos,Adamawa

We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Merchandiser to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales growth by implementing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, and working closely with store teams to ensure our products stand out and perform well in the market.
What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff to execute effective merchandising plans
  • Ensure products are correctly displayed and promoted in-store (shelves, point-of-sale, and promotional materials)
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and compliance with merchandising standards
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product visibility and sales performance
  • Create engaging product displays and promotions tailored to customer preferences
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to drive in-store engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
  • Stay current with industry trends and represent the company at trade shows and product launches
