Position : Sales Manager - Greater Accra

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and execute strategic plans that expand our customer base and increase revenue in the fuel additives, lubricants, and motor oil markets. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enter new markets and grow existing client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel additives, lubricants, and motor oils sectors.
  • Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage the sales pipeline, communicate with clients, and track activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Report on sales performance, market developments, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in fuel additives, lubricants, motor oils, or related chemical industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
