Position : Sales and Marketing Officer - Juba

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer.
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting and selling FarmGate Foods products, expanding the customer base, and increasing market presence. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective distribution of products within Juba and other target markets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company food products to retailers, wholesalers, and institutions
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Collect market information on pricing, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Ensure timely delivery of products in coordination with the logistics team
  • Prepare sales reports and track sales performance against targets
  • Support branding, promotions, and product awareness activities
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
  • Ensure proper product presentation and visibility in the market

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in food or FMCG products
  • Knowledge of local markets in Juba and surrounding areas is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
