Position : Sales and Marketing Manager - Harare

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand awareness. The role leads sales teams, oversees marketing campaigns, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams
  • Manage key accounts and strategic client relationships

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (digital and traditional)
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and market visibility
  • Oversee content, social media, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships, distributors, and channel relationships
  • Lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals
  • Identify collaboration opportunities to expand market reach

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Design and manage lead generation funnels and conversion strategies
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales pipelines and CRM systems
  • Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics
  • Monitor pipeline, campaign ROI, and revenue performance
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior management

Budget & Team Management

  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing staff
  • Foster a performance-driven and collaborative team culture

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications are an added advantage
  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and CRM systems
