Position : Registered Nurse - Khartoum or Remote

The Centre for Community-Driven Response (CCDR) is a nurse-led non-profit organization. We aim to enable a meaningful connection between service providers, research organizations, the non-profit sector, practitioners, industry, government, and the communities they serve.
Working with the Sudan Nurses Organisation, we are recruiting for nurses to build Telehealth and education capacity in Sudan and provide support to increase nurse education.
This is a full-time role for a Registered Nurse at CCDR Sudan. You will work to implement a nurse-led virtual clinic, ensure high standards of patient care, provide training and support to volunteer nursing staff, and participate in the development and implementation of health programs. Additionally, you will engage with the community to understand their health needs and work closely with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders and support local nurse education initiatives. This is a remote role, allowing flexibility in work location, however you must be based in Sudan.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED NURSE, IN SUDAN WITH AT LEAST 7 YEARS POST GRAD EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 7 years post grad experience in nursing, direct patient care, and community health
  • Registered nurse in Sudan with appropriate qualifactions
  • Skills in training, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and community engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Commitment to non-profit and community-driven healthcare initiatives
  • Experience in global health or working with international organizations is a plus

A gross salary range of SDG 80,000 to 110,000 per month will be offered based on experience.
