Position : Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator - Remote

We are seeking a fully remote Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator to support our practice by managing front-desk operations, assisting patients, and coordinating treatment plans. This role is ideal for someone who is both personable and analytical, someone who enjoys helping patients understand their care while keeping the practice running smoothly
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Support

  • Greet patients (virtually or in person) and provide exceptional service
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage scheduling
  • Verify insurance, update patient records, and handle intake paperwork
  • Maintain daily communication logs and follow up on outstanding tasks

Treatment Planning & Coordination

  • Present treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
  • Review insurance breakdowns and explain coverage, costs, and payment options
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up care with providers
  • Track treatment acceptance, pending plans, and follow-up reminders
  • Support billing and prior authorizations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical or dental office strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of treatment coordination, insurance benefits, or patient scheduling systems
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable discussing financials and care plans

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems
