At ASADA GROUP, quality is not a checkpoint; it’s a mindset embedded across the entire production cycle. To reinforce this vision, we are looking for a Quality Product Manager who will fully own the quality function and drive excellence from raw material to final shipment.
Your Mission:

  • You will be the single point of accountability for Quality. Your role is to secure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all production stages while leading and structuring the quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of product quality across the entire production cycle (cutting, sewing, washing, finishing).
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve quality processes, procedures, and control standards.
  • Lead, manage, and upskill the team of quality technicians; set clear objectives and performance indicators.
  • Ensure daily quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper between production, planning, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal standards.
  • Build a strong quality culture focused on prevention, accountability, and operational discipline.
