Position : Project Manager - Juba Industrial Area

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and impact.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage multiple projects across development, humanitarian, or corporate initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project challenges.
  • Prepare regular project reports, updates, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for project teams when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in NGOs, development projects, or corporate programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with donor reporting, compliance, and M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) is a plus.
