Position : Project Manager (Brownfield Civils and Construction) - Secunda

An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (Brownfield Civils and Construction) is required for permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). To deliver industrial and plant construction and upgrades within an operational manufacturing facility. 
Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute civil and structural on-site construction tasks
  • Manage contractors, budget, schedule and quality
  • Ensure safety compliance on brownfield sites
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide project reporting and essential documentation

  • Civil or construction degree / diploma + (10 years exp)
  • PM Certification
  • Proven industrial brownfield project experience (Essential)
  • Contractor and cost control experience
  • Safety and compliance leadership
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Traceable & contactable references
  • Local residency or relocation required
