Position : Production Supervisor-Fabrication - Nairobi

We are looking for a Production Supervisor-Fabrication.
Responsibilities :

  • Assist in manpower allocation in order to meet project time lines in full and lot-wise
  • Ensure the right quality is achieved as per SSL standards
  • Do proper machine scheduling to achieve maximum availability  of machine and right quality
  • Ensure maximum material usage by use of nesting and cutting schedules
  • Do weekly job plan as per the overall departmental program
  • Do time studies of various products to ensure efficiency

Essential Qualifications and Skills required

  • Supervisory Skills training
  • Quality Assurance
  • Trained in either Welding, Sheet Metal Works, Fabrication Techniques, Fitting, Painting Techniques, Machining, CNC operations.
  • H&S awareness training
  • Higher diploma in Production or related course
