Position : Production Officer - Juba

We are looking for a Production Officer.
The Production Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day food processing operations to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The role supports smooth production flow, proper use of raw materials, and timely delivery of finished products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food processing and packaging activities
  • Ensure production targets are met according to the production plan
  • Monitor proper use of raw materials and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Operate and monitor processing machinery where required
  • Conduct routine quality checks during production
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams on raw materials
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the production area
  • Identify and report equipment faults or production issues
  • Support training of production staff and casual workers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in food processing, agriculture, production management, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
