Position : Production Manager - Gaborone

We are looking for a Production Manager.
The Production Manager will oversee production the unit to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Set production targets and develop work schedules to meet client deadlines.
  • Process Implementation: Establish and maintain efficient production processes and systems.
  • Budget Management: Prepare production budgets, forecasts, and manage production costs effectively.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to client specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate production staff for optimal performance.
