Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5–7 years of professional experience to lead the planning, development, and delivery of high-impact products. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on product lifecycle experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to launch
  • Gather, analyse, and prioritise product requirements aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Translate market research, customer insights, and business needs into clear product specifications
  • Track and evaluate product performance using KPIs and user feedback
  • Lead product launches and post-launch reviews
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement, optimisation, and innovation

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role
  • Proven experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in technology-driven or fast-growing organisations
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
