Position : Pick-up Point Partner Development Manager - Johannesburg

Pick-up Point Partner Development Manager (JB5033)Soweto, Johannesburg (And surrounds)R25 000 - R28 000 CTC per month1-year Contract
The Pick-Up Point Partner Development Manager identifies businesses with suitable facilities and negotiates agreements for them to serve as pick-up points for bulk grocery items.You will oversee and optimize the network to ensure it is cost-effective, efficient, and customer-focused.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Identify and secure new pick-up point partners in target delivery clusters.
  • Oversee onboarding, including signage setup, partner training, and system integration.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with pick-up points.
  • Serve as the main contact for queries, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular visits and performance reviews to ensure standards are met.

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor pick-up point performance, focusing on order volumes, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance.
  • Optimize operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure a professional, customer-friendly environment at all locations.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Provide performance reports to the Commercial Manager with key insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage data to improve service quality and streamline operations.

Expansion Strategy

  • Support the goal of expanding the pick-up network to 80 or more points throughout Johannesburg.
  • Recommend new locations prioritizing customer proximity and cost-effectiveness.
