Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive efficiency, manage resources effectively, and support the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational teams to enhance performance and accountability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management.
  • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and implement systems to optimize workflow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in operations management or related roles, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, team management, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.
