ACOMM Services is a Togolese startup working to digitalize local logistics and improve how goods move between markets and businesses in Lomé. As an Operations Intern, you will support the daily execution of logistics activities and help ensure smooth coordination between customers, riders, and the internal team.

This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants real exposure to startup operations, logistics, and digital Platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations (pickups, deliveries, follow-ups).

  • Support dispatching and monitoring of cargo tricycles via web.

  • Communicate with riders and customers to ensure smooth delivery processes.

  • Track operations and report delivery status using digital tools.

  • Help collect and organize operational data (trips, delays, issues).

  • Support the improvement and documentation of operational workflows.

  • Assist the operations team with any additional tasks related to launch and growth.

Requirements

  • English is required (working level: reading, writing, and basic communication).

  • French is required for daily field operations.

  • Student or recent graduate in Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, mobile apps).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Knowledge of local markets in Lomé is a strong advantage.
