We are looking for a Morocco Retail Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Network Planning

  • Lead the overall planning and layout of the company’s offline retail presence to improve channel coverage.

2. Market & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze market data and sales performance to optimize store location selection, visual merchandising, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure efficient and high-performing retail channel operations.

3. Store Identity (SI) Management

  • Supervise and implement Store Identity standards to maintain brand consistency across all retail sites.
  • Drive store upgrades, renovations, and layout improvements.

4. Terminal Materials Management

  • Oversee the design, production, distribution, and implementation of terminal materials (displays, merchandising props, promotional posters, etc.).
  • Ensure maximum in-store presentation impact and brand visibility.

5. Retail Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales data, foot traffic, and market feedback across retail locations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.

6. Competitor & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors’ retail strategies and conduct regular market research.
  • Propose countermeasures and strategic adjustments based on market trends.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to align retail initiatives with business objectives and performance targets.

8. Retail Execution & Optimization

  • Supervise store-level sales execution and ensure operational excellence.
  • Optimize terminal sales strategies to improve conversion rates and strengthen retail competitiveness.

Required Profile
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in smartphone retail management in Morocco.
  • Familiarity with retail site construction standards, with practical experience in terminal visual management and campaign execution.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize retail strategies based on market data and competitive insights.

Communication & Leadership

  • Excellent cross-department communication and resource integration abilities.
  • Proven capacity to drive the implementation of retail strategies.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • High stress tolerance and strong execution capability.
  • Proficient in English, French, and Arabic.
