  • Ensure dashboards reflect accurate, up-to-date performance indicators
  • Customise dashboard views based on client, sector, or donor requirements

  • Produce donor-compliant GRM and safeguarding reports (aggregated and anonymised)
  • Develop executive summaries, learning briefs, and management dashboards
  • Support proposal development with evidence and performance metrics

6. Learning, Accountability & Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate learning loops using feedback and grievance data
  • Identify systemic weaknesses and recommend corrective actions
  • Support organisational learning sessions and internal reviews
  • Document lessons learned and best practices

7. Compliance & Safeguarding Reporting

  • Support reporting on sensitive cases (SEA/SH and safeguarding) in line with strict confidentiality requirements
  • Ensure aggregation and anonymisation of sensitive data
  • Support compliance audits and external evaluations

8. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present analytical findings to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Respond to data and reporting requests from donors and oversight bodies
  • Support client understanding and use of dashboards and reports
