Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and talented Marketing Officer to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to execute campaigns and analyses their performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyses market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support sales efforts
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in industry (experience in digital marketing is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics)
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
