Position : Marketer - Nairobi

We are a premium tailoring and uniform manufacturer based in Nairobi, seeking experienced freelance Marketers located in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and expanding market reach within the textiles and uniforms sector. Your role will involve creating effective marketing strategies, building client relationships, and generating leads to grow our business. If you are passionate about fashion and have the skills to elevate our brand presence, we want to hear from you! 
Your job: Find companies (factories, hotels, schools, hospitals, security firms, NGOs, corporates, etc.) across Kenya that need staff uniforms, workwear, or branded outfits. Introduce us, set up meetings, and bring signed contracts. This is 100% commission-only (no fixed pay):

Requirements:

  • Based in Kenya (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, etc.)
  • Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience (tenders, corporate sales, uniforms/gifting a big plus)
  • Strong network in manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, or security sectors
  • Self-motivated hustler who loves big commission paydays
