Position : Maintenance Officer - Accra

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and ensure the smooth operation of all building systems to deliver an excellent tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
  • Support move-in/move-out inspections
  • Inspect property areas for safety and functionality
  • Coordinate contractors and assist with major repairs
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records

Required profile for job ad : Maintenance Officer - Accra

Qualification Requirements:

  • HND/Degree in B.Tech, Real Estate, Construction, or a related field
  • 3–4 years’ experience in property or facility maintenance
  • Strong hands-on skills in general repairs
  • Technical certification in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related field (preferred)
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
