Position : Junior Customer Service Agent - Dar Es Salaam

The Junior Customer Service Agent will be in charge of reservations and ticketing activities of the airline which involves regular engagement with customers, travel trade partners, corporate and credit customers as well as similar other such activities which require well-equipped and motivated customer service professionals.

  • Diploma or BA Degree in Economics/Management/Marketing Management or any business-related fields of studies Or equivalent certification
  • Zero years’ experience
  • Solid understanding towards the aviation industry and market
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic airline reservation and ticketing skills (Mandatory)
  • IATA approved trainings.
