Position : Intermediate Tour Consultant - Windhoek

We are looking for an Intermediate Tour Consultant.
Missions:

  • Design and arrange customized travel itineraries for clients, including accommodations, activities, and transportation
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and experiences
  • Coordinate bookings and reservations with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers
  • Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
  • Monitor travel trends and update clients on any changes or special offers
  • Resolve any issues or changes to travel plans, ensuring a smooth experience for clients
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Passion for travel, with the ability to arrange safaris for tourists
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Essential computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and self-motivation.
