Position : Human Resources / Public Relations Manager - Maun

We are looking for a Human Resources / Public Relations Manager.
Responsibilities :

  • Lead all HR functions: policy development, recruitment, performance management, labour relations, disciplinary processes, training, succession planning, and payroll inputs, in line with Botswana labour legislation.
  • Advise executive management on workforce planning, organisational structure, and people risk.
  • Manage internal and external communications, corporate image, public relations, and sensitive stakeholder engagements.
  • Support marketing and business development with PR content and corporate communications.

Required profile for job ad : Human Resources / Public Relations Manager - Maun

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy (HR systems, payroll software, MS Office)
  • Strong knowledge of Botswana labour laws
  • Experience in PR and corporate communications
  • Background in engineering, construction, utilities, or similar sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, integrity, and leadership capability
