Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions while aligning people strategy with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and staff retention initiatives.
  • Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Promote a strong, ethical, and performance-driven organizational culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in human resource management, with managerial responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
