Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions while aligning people strategy with organizational objectives. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional capable of building strong HR systems, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and staff retention initiatives.
- Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Promote a strong, ethical, and performance-driven organizational culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in human resource management, with managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
