Position : HR Onboarding Specialist - Lusaka
We are looking for HR Onboarding Specialist.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance to full integration.
- Prepare and send onboarding documentation, welcome materials, and relevant HR forms.
- Conduct virtual orientations and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Set up new employees on HRIS systems and ensure proper access to tools and resources.
- Collaborate with managers to design personalized onboarding plans.
- Monitor new hire progress and provide support during the first 90 days.
- Collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Required profile for job ad : HR Onboarding Specialist - Lusaka
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and people-management abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
