Position : HR Onboarding Specialist - Lusaka

We are looking for HR Onboarding Specialist.
Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance to full integration.
  • Prepare and send onboarding documentation, welcome materials, and relevant HR forms.
  • Conduct virtual orientations and onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Set up new employees on HRIS systems and ensure proper access to tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with managers to design personalized onboarding plans.
  • Monitor new hire progress and provide support during the first 90 days.
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and people-management abilities.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
