We specialise in providing research, data collection, and evaluation services to international nonprofits, government agencies, and development partners. Our areas of expertise include Health, WASH, Agriculture, Education, Gender Equality, Nutrition, Child Protection, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Disability Inclusion, and Statistical Analysis.
M31 Research is seeking experienced Health Consultants to join our team in Zimbabwe. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in working with international organisations, such as UNICEF, USAID, and other major donors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Health Assessments, Evaluations, and providing Technical Assistance, particularly in Zimbabwe.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in health-related assessments, evaluations, and research projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful results.
- Provide technical assistance and advisory support to international organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the design, implementation, and evaluation of health programmes.
- Develop and review project proposals, technical reports, and other documentation related to health interventions, tailored to the Zimbabwean context.
- Conduct data analysis and interpret findings to inform health policy development and programme decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders, including communities, health professionals, government officials, and donors, to ensure the relevance and success of health initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in global health, with a focus on applications within Zimbabwe.
Required profile for job ad : Health Consultants - All Cities
- A Master’s or PhD in Public Health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of professional experience in the health sector, with substantial experience working with international organisations such as UNICEF, USAID, WHO, or other major donors.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting health assessments, evaluations, and providing technical assistance in Rwanda or comparable settings.
- Expertise in health programme design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on achieving sustainable and measurable impact.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with data collection tools and methodologies relevant to health evaluations.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
