We are looking for a dedicated Guest Support & Data Analyst (Night Shift) with background in hospitality to handle guest communication within the European zone between 10:00pm - 6:00am while also managing key analytical tasks for the company. This role is office-based and requires both responsiveness to guests' needs as well as the ability to gather, analyze, and compile data reports. 
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Support (Night Shift)

  • Be on standby to assist guests with check-ins, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Follow provided policies, procedures, and walkthroughs to resolve common guest issues.
  • Escalate emergencies to the relevant contact if necessary.
  • Keep a log of guest interactions for future reference.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate reports for company decision-making.
  • Compare property performance metrics (occupancy rates, revenue, expenses) by year, locality, and property type.
  • Audit company expenses, including cleaning costs, operational fees, and other charges.
  • Prepare financial summaries for internal use and client reporting.
  • Assist in in-house accounting tasks, such as compiling financial data for audits.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

The ideal candidate must be both people & data oriented, comfortable to navigate support operations during night time while also diving into metrics to drive business improvements. 
The below abilities are a ''must have'': 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, as well as clear and understandable phone communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the shift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for guest interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Background in accounting, auditing, or data analysis is a plus.
