Position : General Manager - Restaurant - Accra

We are looking for an Operations Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the café, bar, kitchen, studio, co-working spaces, and event areas.
  • Work closely with the founder to turn strategic ideas into actionable systems and measurable results.
  • Coordinate and support internal teams, including kitchen, bar, admin, marketing, and events.
  • Ensure high standards in service quality, team performance, customer experience, and cleanliness.
  • Implement systems that improve workflow, cost-efficiency, and team accountability.
  • Support the growth of Palm Moments’ key initiatives: events, memberships, tastings, and product lines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both team members and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, creative spaces, or community-centered brands, ideally in operations or management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think both practically and creatively.
  • A natural leader with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a passionate, close-knit team.
  • Passion for food, culture, events, and creating meaningful spaces.
  • Familiarity with Accra’s creative and hospitality scene is a strong plus.

Bonus Skills (not required but valued):

  • Experience managing cafés or event venues.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Drive, POS systems, Canva, or social media schedulers.
  • Interest in community building, branding, or alternative business models.
  • Love for food, music, or social culture.
