Position : Food and Beverage Attendant - Nairobi

EarlyCare Innovation Centre is a leading provider of palliative care services in Ridgeways, Nairobi. We are committed to offering high-quality care, including nutritious meals for our patients and staff. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team and ensure excellent meal service.
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for preparing, serving, and ensuring the quality of food and beverages in the facility while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure meals meet dietary requirements, especially for palliative care patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Take meal orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Dispose of food waste properly and ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained.

Required profile for job ad : Food and Beverage Attendant - Nairobi

  • Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hospital, hospice, or catering environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dietary needs.
