Position : Electrical Foreman (Manufacturing Plant) - Secunda

An opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreman (Manufacturing Plant) is required to supervise electrical teams in an industrial manufacturing environment. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).
Responsibilities :

  • Lead electrical maintenance team, coordinate work priorities
  • Maintenance, fault-finding, and supervision of electrical systems across presses, dryers, flakers, conveyors, sanders, melamine lines, and utilities.
  • Strong experience with motors, MCCs, VSDs, PLC panels, industrial controls, and manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure safe execution of electrical tasks across presses, dryers, utilities
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians
  • Plan breakdown responses, sequencing and workmanship quality control
  • Conduct inspections and enforce safety procedures

  • Electrician qualification (Red Seal desired)
  • Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial control systems
