Position : Educational Counsellor - Nairobi

We are hiring an Educational Counsellor focused on secondary school partnerships. The core responsibility is to source and build relationships with secondary schools, secure collaboration opportunities (career talks, parent sessions, study-abroad briefings), and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified students interested in studying in Europe.

    Responsibilities :
    A. Secondary School Partnership Development (Primary)

    • Identify and map target secondary schools (public and private) within assigned territory.
    • Build relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders (principals, vice principals, guidance counsellors, PTA leaders).
    • Present and pitch partnership value: student career guidance, France study pathway support, transparent process, and parent confidence.
    • Secure access for school activations: assemblies, career days, counseling sessions, and parent webinars.
    • Maintain an active partnership pipeline (prospecting → meeting → activation scheduled → school onboarded → ongoing engagement).

    B. School Activations and Events

    • Plan and deliver school-based sessions:
    • “Study in France” presentations
    • Career guidance briefings
    • Parent information sessions (PTA, webinars)
    • Coordinate logistics: dates, permissions, venue requirements, attendance tracking, follow-ups.
    • Ensure brand compliance: use approved decks, messaging, and materials.

    C. Student Lead Generation and Counselling

    • Capture leads from school events and referrals (students and parents).
    • Conduct initial student profiling and eligibility screening:
    • academic background, intended field, budget, timeline, language readiness
    • Provide guidance on France pathway steps: intakes, tuition expectations, requirements, documentation readiness.
    • Qualify and refer students into the internal application processing workflow.
