We are looking for an East Africa Sales Representative.
Responsibilities :
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand local market dynamics.
- Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure timely payments.
- Distribution Network Development: Establish and manage a network of distributors and agents to reach a wider market.
- Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy, including pricing, promotion, and distribution channels.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understand and adapt to the cultural nuances and business practices of the region.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
