As we expand our presence, we are seeking a Social and Digital Content Specialist to help us strengthen our brand voice, grow our digital footprint, and tell compelling stories that inspire action.
Role Overview
The Social & Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across VTDL’s digital channels. This role requires a creative storyteller with strong digital skills, capable of producing multimedia content that connects with stakeholders, promotes our enterprise solutions, and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies aligned with VTDL’s business goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Produce multimedia assets (graphics, short videos, animations, infographics) to enhance storytelling.
  • Manage and grow VTDL’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor trends and conversations in technology and digital transformation.
  • Track and optimize performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on case studies, campaigns, and product spotlights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing corporate or B2B social media channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and digital campaign strategies.
  • Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
