Position : Customer Service Representative - Accra
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone, email or social media.
- Use telephone to reach out to customers to verify account information.
- Courteously answer calls and respond to emails.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and setup processes.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation (if need be).
- Inform customer of running deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with branch supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Close out or open call records.
- Keep a call log and report in writing to branch supervisor on daily basis.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Trainee.

- Person must have some customer service experience and willing to learn
- Person must live within Dansoman or it's environs.
