Position : Customer Service Executive - Accra, Kwame Nkrumah Circle

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships? 360GV Group is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing
  • Prepare sales invoices and maintain accurate customer records
  • Promote available products and services to customers
  • Support stock management activities, including inventories and stock takes
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1st Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Practical training or experience in Customer Service and/or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
