We are expanding fast and looking for a strategic growth-driven leader to join Aghahim/Konnekt Marketplace as a Co-Founder (Growth & Vendor Onboarding).
Role Overview
You will lead the vendor acquisition strategy—bringing merchants onto our marketplace, onboarding them, and ensuring active engagement. This is a major role for someone who wants to build and scale an African e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and execute plans to acquire and onboard vendors at scale.
- Build merchant relationships, negotiate partnerships & define incentive models.
- Work with product & marketing to improve seller experience and retention.
- Research competitors, propose growth strategies and execute aggressively.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and growth projections for the founding team.
