Position : Cluster Manager - Petrol Stations - Tanzania

Gross Salary: TZS 1,500,000/- - TZS 1,800,000/-
We are looking for a Cluster Manager - Petrol Stations.
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of multiple petrol stations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld at all sites.
  • Ensure stations are fully stocked with fuel and retail products.
  • Monitor fuel inventory, ordering, and deliveries to avoid shortages.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure stations provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Working experience: At least 1 year
  • Computer Literate
  • Fluent in English

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
