 We are seeking for a professional and courteous Client Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritise existing clients and bring new clients on board. The Client Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our clients base, keeping accurate records, updating clients' details, show initiative and drive when dealing with clients requests and enhance our organisation's growth through positive client-to-business engagement. 
Responsibilities

  •  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, expectations, and goals.
  •  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on services.
  •  Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Act as a problem solver by identifying and resolving issues or challenges that clients may face, demonstrating a proactive approach to client support.
  • Analyse client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client relationships and services.
  • Generate regular reports for management and clients, summarising key performance metrics and the status of client relationships.
  • Develop strategies to retain clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
