Key Responsibility

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple regions.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions.
  • Develop and execute strategies for capital allocation and investment.
  • Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with investors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Professional Qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Experience: 12+ years in senior finance leadership, with at least 5 years at executive level in a multinational organization.

Skills:

  • Expertise in IFRS, global tax frameworks, and corporate finance.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analytics.
