Position : Car Wash Supervisor - Nairobi

We are looking for a Car Wash Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Quality

  • Supervise daily car wash operations to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned according to company quality guidelines
  • Monitor wash processes, chemicals, and equipment usage
  • Inspect completed vehicles for quality before customer delivery

Team Leadership & Scheduling

  • Supervise, train, and motivate car wash staff
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure proper coverage during peak hours
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback

Customer Service

  • Address customer questions, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
  • Support upselling of services and promotions where applicable

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce workplace safety rules and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
  • Conduct safety briefings and report incidents as required

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and chemicals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility

Reporting & Administration

  • Track daily operations, attendance, and productivity
  • Assist with inventory control and supply ordering
  • Prepare basic operational reports as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in a car wash, automotive service, or similar environment (preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Basic mechanical understanding of car wash equipment (preferred)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
