We are recruiting for our client, operating in the wholesale trade sector, a Business Development Manager to be based in kenitra, Morocco.
- Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
- Reporting to: Sales Director Europe
- Scope: Automotive sector
- Travel: Frequent travel required
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and expand the automotive business with both new and existing customers in Morocco.
The role focuses on driving sustainable financial growth by increasing sales, expanding the customer base, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing customers from concept through to production, with a strong understanding of all related commercial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key accounts
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Manage key client communications and resolve issues effectively
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and market evolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, procurement, finance, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance timelines
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Analyze customer data and monitor KPIs
- Prepare and present account performance reports
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Expand market presence and attract new clients
Profil recherché pour le poste : Business Development Manager - Kénitra
- Bachelor’s degree (Commercial or Technical) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant industry
- English fluency required
- French is a plus
