Position : Brand Manager - Harare
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and management of our brand. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency, drive brand growth, and enhance customer engagement across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to build brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development
- Manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Analyze campaign results and generate insights to optimize brand initiatives
- Manage budgets for branding activities and marketing campaigns
